The Bicycle City

This film was brought to my attention the other day. Rest assured I will be seeking a screening for the Victoria area.
This story, set in Nicaragua, seems somewhat akin to the Karamoja Bicycle Initiative. Violent armed conflict-a chance for more peaceful times, but coming out of it the people have nothing. Perhaps the bicycle can be the foundation of some sort of economic activity in the Karamoja.
